About Paula 

My name is Paula Nijland and I am a life, business and career coach.

After studying Food Science (MSc) and accumulating over 20 years of working experience as a (project) manager in the corporate world, I am now focusing on what truly energizes me:

providing support to individuals and companies on issues related to personal development, career advancement, team work, management and stress.

As (project) manager and mother of two young kids I have extensive experience in juggling a demanding job with a busy family life and finding the right balance between the two.

My work and life experience, combined with a solid coaching education, provide me with ample knowledge to initiate a coaching process with both individuals and companies.

Together we define your issues to discuss and proceed step by step through the process to reach the agreed-upon end goal.

I offer coaching both in the wider Utrecht area and (online) throughout the Netherlands.
